International Crime
We have defended clients in crimes of an international character many times. With increasing cross-border co-operation between police forces, to say nothing of the freedom and ease of movement we enjoy nowadays, many crimes have an international element to them. Courts Martial
The military have their own court system. A Court martial is a hearing which takes place in such a court for an offense committed while the accused was on military service. The courts martial process is similar to ordinary civilian courts and, as such, we can represent you.

Courts Martial have similar powers of sentencing as the ordinary courts, but they also have specifically military disposals within their power. They have the power to dismiss you from service, to impose service detention and to demote you in rank.
Firearms Law
Firearms are strictly controlled in Scotland and, as such, crimes involving them are rare. Possessing a firearm without a licence is an offence and similarly, carrying a loaded weapon in public (without lawful authority or a reasonable excuse), is a crime.
